Ingredients

  • Apple: 240g
  • Purified water: 500g

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples and cut them into pieces. I will leave the apple peel because it is rich in nutrients.
  2. Open the lid of the blender and put the processed apples in.
  3. Pour in purified water and close lid.
  4. Turn on the mixer switch to keep the mixer running at low speed.
  5. Slowly adjust the blender from low to high speed.
  6. Let the blender work in high gear for 30s.
  7. Slowly adjust from high gear back to low gear, then turn off the switch.
  8. Apple juice is made!

Notes

  • I use sugar to adjust the taste if I want to sweeten it.
  • The amount of water added can determine the consistency of the apple juice. I usually add a little more water to avoid turning into a smoothie.
  • Cold drinks are a must in summer. Add ice cubes, or use refrigerated apples to get them.
