Soft serve ice cream made in a blender

  3. Place the heated milk in a blender with the prepared gelatin and blend well.
  4. Add an equal amount of cream to the mixer. Continue to blend well.
  5. Add the appropriate amount of ice cubes to the blender. Continue blending until thickened.
  6. Pour out into containers and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Soft serve ice cream is made!

Notes

  • The ratio of gelatin to milk is about 1:5.
  • The blending speed should not be too fast, it will make a puree.
  • Add ice cube in small amounts first and blend, then add more if the consistency is not thick enough.
  • Adding fruits can create different flavors.
